The internationally famed Egg Chair is a ground-breaking design from 1958, revolutionising the conventional modern lounge chair. Globally celebrated for his contribution to the modern design industry, designer Arne Jacobsen proves his ability with one of his most iconic pieces.

Manufactured by Fritz Hansen, Arne Jacobsen designed the Egg Chair specifically for the Royal Hotel, in Copenhagen. The Egg Chairs shape is a sculptural contrast to the building’s almost exclusively vertical and horizontal surfaces. Due to its unique shape, the Egg Chair delivers unparalleled comfort and a sense of privacy with its dramatic striking form.
