Grossman was highly influenced by European Modernism, which had been imported to the US by influential architects, such as Walter Gropius (founder of the Bauhaus) and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Use lukewarm water and wipe with a clean, soft cloth. If needed, clean with natural soap or dish detergent. Be sure to remove any remaining residue.
Never use abrasive or sharp-edged tools to remove stains. Do not dish-wash. Do not use steel wool or any rough surfaces to clean, as this will scratch off the coating/finish.

Greta Magnusson Grossman maintained a prolific forty-year career on two continents: Europe and North America. Her achievements were many and encompassed industrial design, interior design and architecture. In 1940, she emigrated to the United States, settling in Los Angeles with her husband, jazz musician Billy Grossman.
