The Shine features handcrafted Danish upholstery from SOFTLINE, with covers available in many fabrics and colours. Removable covers can be dry cleaned, while extra covers allow future changes to the finish. This supports long-term ownership.
Day Bed Design For Everyday Flexibility
This Day Bed measures 201 cm wide and converts into an 87/178 x 201 cm sleeping surface. The separate top and under mattress sections create practical options for guests across different rooms when needed.

– Bed Platform Construction: Multifunctional daybed construction with separate top and under mattresses. The system converts into a double bed measuring 87/178 x 201 cm, with each mattress section also usable separately.
– Legs: Chrome plated steel legs providing a clean, contemporary base for the minimalist design.
– Upholstery/Cover: Removable upholstery covers available in multiple fabrics and colours. Covers can be dry cleaned when marked with the P cleaning symbol. Additional covers can be purchased for future fabric or colour changes.

Care Instructions:

– Spot clean stains with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric to prevent water damage.
– If removable, machine wash covers according to the care label. Use cold water and a gentle detergent.
– Air dry completely before reusing. For non-removable covers, blot excess moisture and let air dry.
– Iron removable covers on a low to medium heat setting while slightly damp. Use a pressing cloth.
– Store in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Use protective covers for long-term storage.

Chrome-Plated Steel
What It Is:
Chrome-plated steel combines the strength of steel with a polished chrome finish, creating a smooth, reflective surface that offers excellent resistance to everyday wear and corrosion when properly maintained.
Care Instructions:
– Dust regularly using a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
– Clean with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution, then dry immediately with a clean cloth to prevent water marks.
– Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool and harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the chrome finish.
– Wipe away fingerprints, moisture and spills promptly to maintain the polished appearance.
– For stubborn marks, use a cleaner specifically formulated for chrome-plated surfaces, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
