How difficult is it to care for Yabu Pushelberg’s Blink Count Stool?

Straightforward and simple. Vacuum the upholstered seat of the barstool every week with a soft brush attachment and on a medium setting. Wipe down the frame and joints with a slightly damp, soft cloth.

Is the Blink Counter Stool good quality?

How do you choose a designer counter stool?

First check the seat height is correct, between 63cm – 71cm. Next, consider colour. Contrasting colours and materials with your kitchen island or breakfast bar is better than poorly matching woods, colour tones etc… so use dark colours and materials against a light kitchen island. An upholstered counter stool is a good idea when the island uses a lot of wood. You can always check with us if the fabric or leather you choose is easy to care for.

When are backrests necessary on counter stools?

A counter stool with a backrest or counter chair stool is a good idea if the breakfast bar or island is under frequent use. Backrests reduce the load on the lower back by distributing the force backwards and downwards. If you spend a lot of time in the kitchen then a modern counter stool with a backrest will be a superb addition to your home.
