As our large range of products vary so much in weight, size and shape, our delivery fees are sometimes subject to change. If this is the case, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm any changes to the original delivery fee.

We send smaller items via Royal Mail, as this is the safest and quickest way to ensure your goods arrive on time.

For medium sized items we send via a specialist courier and we will supply you with all the tracking info you need to prepare for its arrival.

For large or delicate items, we use a specialist delivery firm and offer a choice of services. These range from, door-to-door (which is our standard service), all the way to a full installation and assembly service where we will also remove any unwanted packaging and place the product in the desired room. Note, for large or delicate lights we use this same service but do not install the light, merely deliver to a room of choice.

Please be aware that delivery periods exclude the time it takes for your orders to be made. Orders placed after mid-day will be processed the following working day.

International Deliveries
Orders placed with Olson and Baker which are being delivered internationally, specifically exclude customs fees and importation taxes. We are also not responsible for the return of goods or importation penalties which are the result of delays in customs. In addition, a full VAT refund will be processed after a bill of landing has been received from our courier. Should you independently ship your goods abroad, please get in touch for details of how to receive a VAT refund. Please ensure you are aware of your countries importation rules and regulations. If you need further information on this, please contact your local customs office.
