Most Depressing Day of the Year
As we all say goodbye to Christmas for another year, we are left with an empty bank, an ever increasing waistline, dull and cold weather and a challenging return to the grind… is it any wonder that the most depressing day of the year “Blue Monday” is in the middle of January!
“Why is Blue Monday the most depressing day of the year? In the formula published by Dr Arnall, variables such as weather conditions, debt, the end of Christmas, failed New Year’s resolutions and low motivation levels all contribute to a mass depression culminating on Blue Monday. To be clear, the formula has been derided by scientists as ‘nonsensical’ and the entire thing is without scientific merit. But it is one of the most successful PR campaigns of all time. Dr Arnall is a life coach and his intention was never meant to contribute to the negative stigma associated with the day. He actually wants people to have a more positive outlook and look forward to the year ahead.”
However it’s not all doom and gloom, here are four pieces of furniture under that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face! Seriously, not even to buy but just to marvel at!
