Design and Structure
The Pioneer Counter Stool features a sculptural, cross-legged design, adding a modern and artistic touch to any space. Crafted from kiln-dried FSC-certified oak hardwood, it promises lasting structural integrity.
Comfort and Versatility
With HR or CMHR foam fillings, this flexible barstool delivers exceptional comfort, suitable for various applications, from collaboration spaces in the office to exclusive dining considers in restaurants and bars.
Material and Construction
The fully upholstered barstool features a frame in tubular steel, powder-coated, or brushed steel. The inner backrest frame is in steel with moulded foam, and the inner seat is in plywood with CMHR or HR foam, covered in fabric or leather. It's mounted with plastic glides, with the option of felt glides available, and comes in both bar and counter height options.
Durability and Sustainability
The Plan Collection is sturdy, tested for extreme public use, and designed for end-of-use disassembly, making them easy to repair or refurbish if needed. Crafted from high-quality materials, it ensures sturdiness and sustainability.
Heritage and Collaboration
Fredricia's founder, Andreas Graversen, integrated the company's heritage of high-quality furniture with modernist ideals in a close, well-known collaboration with Børge Mogensen. The Graversen family has since expanded Fredricia's circle of designers, each contributing to the renewal and reinterpretation of the Fredricia design ethos in a new context.
