The Wallace Bedside Table is a Scandi-style bedside table with one drawer in solid oak. This nordic design celebrates European hand craftsmanship at its best.

The Wallace range combines clean lines with a Scandinavian modern look. Its durable sustainably sourced oak frame holds a single bedside drawer perfect for storing glasses, books and accessories. Equally important are the sturdy high-tapering legs which create more space and make the cabinet easier to move around. The Wallace is an adaptable Scandinavian bedside table perfect for a discerning design connoisseur's bedroom.

Use a damp, soft, lint-free colourless cloth to wipe the entire surface of your wood. When wiping, move in the direction of the wood's grain. Dry the wood using a second non-abrasive cloth. Again, remember to wipe in the direction of the wood grain. You do not need to polish the wood as part of your regular maintenance.

  1. How big is the bedside table drawer?
  2. The internal dimensions of the single drawer measure 7.4cm high, 26cm wide and 25cm deep. The drawer on this Scandinavian style nightstand is perfect for books, mobile phones, glasses, jewellery or anything else you may want to store next to your bed.
  3. What is the height of the Wallace Bedside's legs from the floor to the underside of the body?
  4. From under the drawer frame/main body to the bottom of the legs measures 37cm high. The width of this space is approximately 25cm and the depth is 26cm.
  5. What should I use to dust the wood?
  6. Keep the wood dust-free with a lint free soft cloth. Remember to wipe immediately after spills. Never use strong soap or cleaning products as this will dissolve and remove the protective oil from the surface.
  7. Should a bedside table be higher or lower than bed?
  8. Generally speaking, the top of your bedside table should be a similar height to your mattress. The worst case is it being around 8-12cm shorter/taller. However, remember that it's easier to reach upward to grab something in bed than downward. Depending on your mattress height, the matching Wallace Bed should sit very close to the 52cm height - the perfect pairing!
  9. What is the difference between a nightstand and a bedside table?
  10. Technically, nightstands are smaller/lower bedside tables. Whereas a bedside table is higher (closer to the top of the mattress). In most instances, however, there is no difference and they mean the same thing.
