We purchased our item (a beautiful coat hook) but had to delay delivery due to a trip overseas.
We weren't dealing with an automated system, just real people who cared enough to help.
Excellent product but more importantly during these difficult times was the customer service level and great delivery team ....
take note Heal’s as you’ve not got a clue how to service customers
