Really excellent customer service. Can not recommend this company highly enough - the products are high quality and their communication with the customer is first class. Jonathon always responded promptly to any queries and was very helpful.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent product but more importantly during these difficult times was the customer service level and great delivery team ....

take note Heal’s as you’ve not got a clue how to service customers

Lovely website, great communication, fast delivery and they came in at a price other shops couldn't compete with on the chair I was after.

Easily recommended.

Beautiful item arrived earlier than indicated.

Customer service informed me of this & then followed up after delivery to make sure it arrived safely.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful and high quality furniture!

Excellent delivery and customer services, even during difficult times like Covid 19.

Olson + Baker were wonderful to deal with.

We purchased our item (a beautiful coat hook) but had to delay delivery due to a trip overseas.

We weren't dealing with an automated system, just real people who cared enough to help.

Great range of products.

Purchased a beautiful rug from here and had a smooth overall buying experience.

Very good service, great communication and arrived very promptly

Thank you

It has been an absolute pleasure buying a lovely piece of furniture from Olsen + Baker. Russell has been a delight to deal with, keeping me informed at every step of the delivery, even down to which colour would fit with my decor - nothing was too much.

I can’t recommend highly enough.

Recently purchased a Nordic Style candle holder, which I had admired at a recent stay at a holiday home in Norfolk. Product arrived very quickly. Contact via email from Jonathan. Excellent customer service and a gorgeous product too.
